• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

• Shipping timelines vary based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damaged product received

• Incorrect size delivered

• All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photo proof of the issue.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• No refunds or store credit will be issued. Approved returns will be processed as exchange only.
